Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strategies to increase revenue, building strong client relationships, and ensuring sales targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to deliver results. Identify new market opportunities and build long-term customer relationships. Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present to management. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design effective campaigns. Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction. Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role. Strong knowledge of sales techniques, pipeline management, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Target-oriented with strong leadership and team management skills.
