The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on development experience and be proficient in customizing and extending Service Cloud capabilities to support business needs.Key Responsibilities:Develop and customize Salesforce Service Cloud solutions including Apex Classes , Triggers , Lightning Components (Aura/LWC) , and VisualforceWork on Case Management , Omni-Channel , Knowledge Base , and Service Console enhancementsDesign and implement automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow RulesCollaborate with architects, admins, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutionsIntegrate Salesforce with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIsEnsure code quality through unit testing and best development practicesRequired Skills:5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a focus on Service CloudProficient in Apex , SOQL , LWC , Aura Components , and Lightning ExperienceExperience with Salesforce APIs , integrations , and data migrationSalesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Developer II or Service Cloud Consultant is a plusStrong understanding of Service Cloud features like Entitlements, Milestones, and Omni-ChannelExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.
