Role Description

Envopap seeks a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our Pune, India office and work with global teams. The role involves business development, market expansion, identifying potential deals, overseeing marketing initiatives, attending industry events, supporting the Head of Sales, and assisting with market research and client meetings.

As a Sales Associate, you will be mainly responsible for day-to-day sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client meetings, and order fulfilment. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities may be assigned based on the candidate's experience.


This role will require strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and building and maintaining customer relationships. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate in Pune, India.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales or customer service
  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of the packaging industry is a plus

  • Experience in CRM, from optimising processes to building dashboards and running reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to run sales reporting and forecasting with ease and present reports
  • Great presentation skills and the ability to convey complex topics and solutions in a clear, easy-to-follow way
  • Efficient collaboration & teamwork
  • Deep knowledge of the sales process, including rigorous follow-up and updates
  • Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer satisfaction.
  • Nurturing strong relationships with customers
  • Processing new sales leads
  • Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients
  • Keeping track of sales targets
  • Provide support to other team members when required
  • Keep a record of sales trends
  • Liaise with account managers to develop specific sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches and ensure the sales team is on board
  • Prospecting for leads, outbound reach and cold contacts to assist the sales team. 
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with the company strategy
  • Deliver a high level of customer service through value-added sales techniques.
  • Deliver technical and commercial product presentations to a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Seeking opportunities for business development within a defined area or sector.
  • Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets and continued expansion among existing clients.
  • Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Directly assist the Head of Global Sales
  • Help with market research, lead generation, attending client and partner meetings, and supporting local marketing activities.
  • Prepare materials, join brainstorms and help capture research output.
