Responsibilities
  • Analyze CD related change requests and specifications tocreate test cases supplement and improve existing testing whereapplicable.
  • Execute tests to find defects infeatures or products. Isolate and confirm defects and work withdevelopers to prioritize defects and fix them.
  • Validate the behavior of software on a variety ofoperating systems and hardware.
  • Log defects indatabase for tracking and reporting.
  • Provideaccurate evaluation of defect priority and tracking its wholelife.
  • Review and test productdocumentation.
  • Create automation testing casemonitor automated tests results and contribute to improve theircoverage.
  • Monitor customer newsgroups and betaforums to detect product installation and license related defectsin production software answer questions from users and monitorusers feedback.

Minimum Qualifications
  • BS or above degree in Computer Science relatedfields
  • Good written and oralEnglish
  • At least 2 year of experience insoftware quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledgeof software testing methodologies tools and processes.
  • Experience with manual and automated testing.
  • Good problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Use a variety of testing tools and techniques includingmanual and automated testing to identify and report softwaredefects.
  • Quick learning newskillsets

Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of software installation technology various ofOS platform
  • Knowledge of software developmentproject and lifecycle familiar with agile developmentprocess
  • Knowledge of programming languagessuch as Python and C#
  • Experience in Jenkinspipelines (Groovy scripting PSL)
  • Understandingsoftware delivery and related technologies
