Job Description :Establish and maintain an SAP Testing/QA Testing Plan.Manage detailed test plans for all test phases in SAP SolutionManager. Apply customer expectations industry standards softwaredevelopment and engineering knowledge to assist teams within theprogram to define document maintain and improve processes. Performproduct and process audits according to the SAP/QA Testing Plan toensure plans and processes are documented compliance to processesand standards and effectiveness of execution. Identify document andtrack any resulting corrective actions to closure. Drive the defecttracking strategy and tools. Provide recommendations on improvementfor testing tools including proofs of concept. Manage all testscripts and procedures for system integration and regressiontesting; maintain all test scripts. Support recurring external andinternal audits that relate to requirements and test managementMaintain and update a library of manual and automated regressiontests. Train new team members on testing roles objectives andexpectations for the program. Demonstrate continuous effort toimprove operations streamline processes and work cooperatively andjointly to provide quality testing services to ourcustomer
