Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Associates to join our Domestic Voice Process team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer calls (inbound/outbound) efficiently and professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and provide accurate solutions or information.
  • Maintain call quality standards as per company guidelines.
  • Record and update customer details in the system.
  • Meet performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution, and customer satisfaction.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to senior associates or team leaders when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service/voice process (freshers can apply).
  • Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (day/night as per process requirement).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing skills).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17, ₹17,821.00 per month
