The candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing effective digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase online sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Google, and Instagram. Monitor and analyze ad performance, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI. Create and present creative concepts and ideas for paid advertising campaigns. Conduct market research to identify trends and insights for optimizing ad strategies. Create and maintain an ad calendar, ensuring campaigns run on time. Build audience personas to effectively target campaigns. Experiment with different audience segments to find the most effective strategies. Collaborate with the internal team and designer for ad creatives, content, and changes. Create ad copies and text overlays for creatives. Align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing goals through close collaboration with the marketing team. Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, offering actionable recommendations for improvement. Stay current with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices. Experience: 4-5 years of experience in Relevant Field Requirements: Proficiency in English: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in digital marketing and advertising campaigns, particularly within the beauty and grooming industry. Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram Ads. Analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize strategies for higher ROI. Education: Any Graduate (Preferably with a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field).
