Job Title: Facility Head Location: Kolkata Industry: Garments / Fashion Job Summary: We are looking for a Facility Head to manage the overall upkeep, maintenance, and smooth functioning of all company units. The role includes supervision of support staff, handling repair work, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a safe and well-maintained workplace. Key Responsibilities: Oversee cleanliness, maintenance, and infrastructure of all office and production units. Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for machines, equipment, utilities, and services. Supervise and manage drivers, peons, housekeeping, and security staff. Coordinate and negotiate with vendors for repair work, facility supplies, and services. Track and resolve maintenance issues quickly to avoid downtime. Ensure all electricals, machinery, and utilities are working efficiently. Maintain inventory of facility-related materials and tools. Monitor safety, hygiene, and compliance rules across units. Support any shifting, office setup, or renovation projects. Prepare reports of maintenance activities and budgets for management. Skills & Requirements: Strong knowledge of facility management and basic technical understanding of equipment/repair work. Good leadership and supervision skills. Ability to manage multiple locations and handle urgent facility issues. Experience in dealing with vendors and negotiating contracts. Organized, responsible, and disciplined working style. Minimum qualification: Graduate or Diploma in Facility/Administration. 3–7 years of experience in facility management or administration preferred.
