Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Panipat for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will be responsible for managing product display strategies, analyzing sales performance, communicating with suppliers, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include developing and implementing merchandising plans, coordinating with the sales team, and keeping abreast of market trends to optimize product placements and sales. The role involves close collaboration with various departments to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales and Retail
  • Basic understanding of Marketing principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in the soft furnishings industry is a plus
