Role Description
We are seeking a
full-time, on-site Retail Merchandiser
to join our team in
Panipat
. The Retail Merchandiser will play a key role in ensuring our products are well-presented, stocked, and accessible to customers. This role involves maintaining inventory levels, setting up promotional displays, monitoring product performance, and analyzing sales data. The ideal candidate will also work closely with store and sales staff while delivering excellent customer service to create an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure products are properly displayed and available on the sales floor
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock as needed
- Set up and manage promotional and seasonal displays
- Monitor product performance and analyze sales trends
- Collaborate with store and sales staff to achieve targets
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the shopping experience
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in retail and/or sales preferred
- Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior retail merchandising experience is a plus
- Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent
