**Job Title: Retail Sales Associate**

Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers, and driving sales to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Customer Assistance: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, assisting them with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to meet their needs and preferences.

2. Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate product information and address customer queries.

3. Sales Generation: Actively promote and upsell products to drive sales and achieve sales targets, utilizing persuasive selling techniques and product demonstrations as needed.

4. Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability and presentation meet company standards.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th Passout
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Panipat, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
