Find what drives you on a team with a more than 75-year history of discovery, determination, and innovation.Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.We are looking for a seasoned Facility and Maintenance Manager to lead infrastructure, equipment maintenance, and EHS functions at our new greenfield manufacturing site in Pune, spanning 139,000 sq. feet and supporting approximately 300 associates.The position is part of the Manufacturing Operations team and will be based on-site in Pune, reporting directly to the Director – Operations.Key Responsibilities:Lead maintenance activities ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs for equipment and utilities by collaborate with engineering and production teams to support commissioning and ramp-up of new equipment.Oversee facility infrastructure including HVAC, electrical systems, water treatment, compressed air, and building services.Manage facility-related vendors and service contracts to ensure cost-effective and reliable operations.Qualifications & Experience:B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electrical or related field) with 12-14 yrs of experience mandatory. M.S or M.Tech or MBA preferred.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in facility and maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and sustainability practices.Experience of leading a small or medium size team for at least 5-6 yrs in maintenance or manufacturing setupExperience in greenfield site development and commissioning or experience in line transfer projects from other countries.Willingness to travel – 20 to 30%, including international travelPreferred:Experience with filtration technology equipment and systems maintenance.Having a valid U.S. visa is preferred.Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
