About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team in the chemicals division. The ideal candidate should have a background in Chemistry (B.Sc. in Chemistry or related discipline) and up to 5 years of relevant sales experience. The role involves promoting and selling chemical (Raw Materials) products, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage new business opportunities in the chemicals (Raw Materials) market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

  • Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or related field (minimum qualification).
  • Experience: 05 years in sales (chemicals industry preferred).
  • Languages: Proficiency in English (B+ / A level) and Hindi.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
