Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes (North Indian/South Indian/Regional specialties).
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation of all food items.
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., tandoor, curry, or snacks) and assist in other sections as required.
- Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation standards at all times.
- Supervise commis chefs and kitchen helpers, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or issues to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of all food items.
- Adhere strictly to recipes, portion sizes, and food safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new dishes or improve existing ones.
- Help with inventory and receiving supplies when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
