As the Chef de Partie specializing in Asian noodles, wok dishes, and Thai curries, you will play a key role in creating delicious and authentic Asian-inspired dishes that delight our guests. Working closely with the culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting dim sums, sushi, noodles, wok-fried dishes, and Thai curries with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dim sums, sushi, noodles, wok-fried dishes, and Thai curries according to standardized recipes and techniques.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly portioned, and prepared to maintain high standards of quality, flavor, and consistency.
- Showcase expertise in Asian cooking methods, including stir-frying, sautéing, steaming, and curry preparation, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and culinary team to develop and refine menu items featuring Asian noodles, wok dishes, and Thai curries, incorporating seasonal ingredients and authentic flavors.
- Offer creative input on dish presentation, garnishes, and accompaniments to enhance the visual appeal and guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the noodle and wok stations, including work surfaces, cooking equipment, and storage areas, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels of Asian ingredients, sauces, and spices, and communicate effectively with the Sous Chef or procurement team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular taste tests and visual inspections of prepared dishes to ensure they meet the restaurant's standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly, seeking guidance from the Head Chef or Sous Chef as needed to maintain consistency and quality.
- Work collaboratively with other members of the culinary team to coordinate kitchen operations, prioritize orders, and maintain efficient workflow during busy service periods.
- Provide guidance and support to junior kitchen staff, offering training and feedback to help them develop their skills in Asian cuisine.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
