We're looking for enthusiastic Logistics Analysts to join our global logistics invoice team and contribute to optimizing operations that support our worldwide business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchase administration process for logistics and warehousing (PO creation, invoicing, compliance).
  • Collaborate with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), procurement, and accounts payable teams for smooth operations.
  • Audit logistics invoices against contracts and rate tables; proactively resolve discrepancies.
  • Build and maintain data models and billing controls for LSPs.
  • Maintain repository of contracts and rate cards, ensuring timely updates.
  • Provide ad hoc support for logistics procurement and operations.

Qualifications & Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • 2–5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or financial audits.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP and strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle large volumes of data.
