We're Hiring: IT Analyst – Logistics Applications (Oracle OTM/GTM)
Location: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: Full-time
Work Timings: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
Notice Period: Immediate – 15 days
Role Highlights
- 6–10 years of experience in Logistics Applications
- 4+ years of strong hands-on experience in
Oracle OTM & GTM modules - Expertise in
Inbound & Outbound processes
, OTM configuration (Order Management, Shipment Planning, Execution, Freight Settlement, Claims) - At least
1 end-to-end Oracle OTM/GTM Cloud implementation - Strong knowledge of agents, saved queries, workflows, configurations, SQL/PLSQL scripting
- Experience with OTM integrations (XSLT, XML, EDI, mappings) is a plus
- Oracle Cloud OTM/GTM certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide
production support
for logistics applications - Assist in OTM solution implementation across business units
- Requirement gathering, functional configuration, testing, and end-user training
- Solution design, fit-gap analysis, and functional documentation
- Collaborate with technical teams and Oracle support to resolve critical issues
- Ensure timely delivery with clear communication and status reporting
