Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Manager at Grooming Education Academy in Delhi, India. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, overseeing recruitment and hiring processes, handling employee relations and performance management, implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role
Knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in India
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion
Experience in recruitment and selection
Knowledge of performance management processes
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with different stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor's degree in HR management or a related field
