Learning And Development Specialist

Job Responsibilities
Learning Program Management:
• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with organisational goals.
• Manage the end-to-end process of learning initiatives, from needs analysis to program evaluation.
Competency-Based Learning:
• Develop and implement competency-based learning programs that address key skill gaps and enhance employee capabilities.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify core competencies and integrate them into training programs.
Assessment Centers:
• Design and manage assessment centers to evaluate employee skills, competencies, and potential for development.
Training Needs Analysis (TNA):
• Conduct thorough training needs analysis to identify and prioritize learning requirements across the organization.
• Create and oversee personalized development plans for employees, focusing on career growth and skill enhancement.
Qualification and Technical skills
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or a similar role.
• Experience in driving learning programs, competency-based learning, and developing training plans
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Industry preference is open
