We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to accelerate market expansion and drive revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, SEM, content, social media, email, partnerships)- Build scalable lead generation programs targeting enterprise clients across key verticals- Own marketing KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROI- Create compelling content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars) demonstrating AI/ML thought leadership- Optimize website, manage social presence, and execute ABM strategies- Collaborate with sales team on enablement, collateral, and lead qualification- Plan and execute industry events, partnerships, and co-marketing initiatives- Implement tracking, attribution, and A/B testing frameworksRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field- 2-3 years in growth marketing, preferably B2 B Saa S or tech services- Proven track record driving measurable growth in enterprise marketing- Strong proficiency: Google Analytics, Google/Linked In Ads, Hub Spot/Marketo, SEO/SEM tools- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills- Self-motivated with startup mindset
