We're seeking a data-driven Growth Marketer to accelerate market expansion and drive revenue growth through integrated marketing strategies.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute multi-channel growth strategies (SEO, SEM, content, social media, email, partnerships)Build scalable lead generation programs targeting enterprise clients across key verticalsOwn marketing KPIs: CAC, LTV, conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and ROICreate compelling content (case studies, whitepapers, blogs, webinars) demonstrating AI/ML thought leadershipOptimize website, manage social presence, and execute ABM strategiesCollaborate with sales team on enablement, collateral, and lead qualificationPlan and execute industry events, partnerships, and co-marketing initiativesImplement tracking, attribution, and A/B testing frameworksRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field2-3 years in growth marketing, preferably B2B SaaS or tech servicesProven track record driving measurable growth in enterprise marketingStrong proficiency: Google Analytics, Google/LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, SEO/SEM toolsExcellent analytical, communication, and project management skillsSelf-motivated with startup mindset
