Job Role

- :Manages a set of 10 Account manager- sOperates as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to employees of corporates mappe- dDevelops trust relationships with a portfolio of Key corporates assigned to him to ensure they do not turn to competitio- nAcquire new Corporate relationships and open Salary Accounts of their employee- sExpected to expand the relationship with existing customers with engagement activities /cross sell solution- sEnsuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced- .Meeting daily, monthly sales targets for salary accounts and cross sell product- sAdhere to KYC guidelines and Bank process’ as laid down from time to tim- eEnsuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks as prescribed by the Bank
