is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager - Growth and Client Success to spearhead our efforts in client acquisition, lead conversion, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, coordinating with healthcare clients, and ensuring smooth execution of sales and marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience in client servicing.

Key Responsibilities
:

  1. Client Acquisition & Business Growth
    :

  2. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new healthcare clients and grow the agency's portfolio.

  3. Identify and target key markets to expand the business, focusing on digital healthcare solutions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients through outreach and networking.

  5. Lead Generation & Conversion
    :

  6. Manage lead generated via campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).

  7. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure high-quality leads are generated and effectively converted into clients.
  8. Track and analyze lead conversion rates and implement strategies to improve performance.

  9. Client Coordination & Management
    :

  10. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience throughout the project lifecycle.

  11. Manage client expectations, provide regular updates, and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  12. Work with cross-functional teams (design, content, development) to deliver solutions aligned with client goals.

  13. Sales & Marketing Strategy
    :

  14. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet business targets.

  15. Assist in crafting marketing campaigns to promote 's services to prospective clients.
  16. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and stay competitive.

  17. Performance Reporting & Client Success
    :

  18. Track client performance metrics and provide regular reports to clients showcasing the value of digital marketing efforts.

  19. Work with clients to achieve their business goals and ensure satisfaction with the agency's services.
  20. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue per client.

Qualifications
:

  • 3-5 years of experience in client success, business development, or sales roles, preferably in a digital agency or healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record in client acquisition and lead conversion.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and delivering results.
