Job Description : Sales Executive Opportunity at Resonate Systems
Position : Sales Executive
Locations : Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad
Responsibilities :
Understanding Market Potential: Conduct research to understand the market potential of mini UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) devices. Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for Resonate Systems.
Store Visits : Visit Croma and Reliance Digital stores in the assigned location(s) to gather insights and data. Interact with store managers and staff to understand consumer behaviour, product placement, and promotional activities related to mini UPS devices.
Inventory and Footfall Check : Conduct inventory checks to ensure adequate stock levels of Resonate Systems' products in-store. Monitor footfall and observe customer interactions with mini UPS products to assess market demand and identify potential areas for improvement.
Sales Performance Analysis : Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and promotional campaigns. Identify key trends and patterns to optimize sales and enhance product visibility.
Competitor Analysis : Conduct regular competitive analysis to benchmark Resonate Systems' products against competitors. Do a SWOT analysis in the market landscape to inform strategic decision-making.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from store personnel, customers, and other stakeholders to understand product satisfaction levels, gather insights for product improvement, and identify potential areas for innovation.
Requirements :
Recent graduate aiming to start a career in sales and marketing.
·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·      Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
·      Willingness to travel within the assigned locations for store visits.
·      Prior experience in retail, market research, or data analysis is preferred but not mandatory.
