Job description

Position: Human Resource Business Partner ( Manager)

Location: Hyderabad (WFO)




Profile Summary:

Anblicks is Looking for HRBP(Manager) for Hyderabad location. She/he will lead the HR Lead of location, will manage all the HR Activities and support business partner.


Job Description:

  • Effectively and efficiently resolve queries and concerns of employees of the respective vertical/process and track/report query resolution TAT
  • Ensure compliance to labor laws
  • Implementation of the Discipline Policy and Code of Conduct
  • Attrition at 5% or below
  • Work on Employee Engagement through cross-function teams
  • Facilitate engagement action planning record minutes, action points, responses and circulate, track and report and communicate closures.
  • Ensure timely sign-offs of KRAs from new employees and role movements
  • Coordinate and ensure timely completion of half-year and annual Performance appraisals
  • Track and monitor adherence to training plan for the process
  • Conduct exit interview for employees
  • Collate exit survey data and report on a monthly basis trends and action to be taken
  • Employee Retention
  • Branding & Intelligence
  • Ensure adherence to the Security Policy and Disciplinary Policy
  • Ensure adherence of business supported on the Security Policy, Zero Tolerance Policy, United Privacy Policy, Disciplinary Policy and Learning Agreement


Qualification

  • Graduate of any Masters degree in Psychology, Industrial Relations, or Human Resource Management and at least 10 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist focusing on Business Partnership in a IT Services
  • Candidate must be proficient in MS Office, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and has basic knowledge of labor laws and can facilitate engagement action planning.
  • Must have an excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Candidate can also resolve effectively and efficiently the queries concerns of employees about the respective vertical/process and track/report query resolution.
