Job DescriptionAs a Human Resources Business Partner Leader (HRBP Lead), you will lead a team of HR Business Partners and provide strategic guidance and support to our organization's business leaders. Your expertise will help us foster a high-performance culture and drive talent management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR Business PartnersCollaborate on organization-wide strategies with senior HR leadersPartner with business leaders to identify workforce trends and challengesDesign and implement talent management programsEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulationsFacilitate training and development initiativesDrive organizational change and foster a culture of open communicationProvide expert advice on employee relations and conflict resolution

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field6-10

years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP roles and leadershipStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other relevant HR toolsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesCommitment to continuous learning and professional development
