Designation: Program ManagerLocation: New DelhiExperience: 1+ yearsAcademic Background: Tier 1 Institutes (B.Tech/MBA – IITs/IIMs/XLRI/MDI) Role Overview: The Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of merchant onboarding and transaction enablement. This includes product mapping, activation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of SabPaisa's payment solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Alignment & Mapping Understand merchant requirements and align SabPaisa's product offerings accordingly. Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to ensure seamless integration. Provide feedback on product enhancements based on merchant needs. 2. Product Activation & Implementation Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Tech, Finance, Compliance, etc.) for activation. Ensure timely go-live of merchant accounts while addressing implementation challenges. Drive process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency. 3. Transaction Enablement & Monitoring Act as the primary POC for merchant-side transaction-related queries. Ensure smooth transaction processing by liaising with merchant teams and internal stakeholders. Identify and resolve transaction failures, reconciliation issues, and escalations. 4. Training & Merchant Support Conduct training sessions for merchant POCs to ensure effective product adoption. Develop training materials and SOPs for merchants. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure merchants maximize SabPaisa's offerings. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Program Management, Merchant Services, or a similar role. Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, first-principles approach. Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills. Ability to handle multiple projects and drive execution within set timelines. Strong communication and presentation skills. High intent on getting things done and a passion for process improvement.
