We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team and promote Subham's Parivaar Rice in the Jharkhand and Bengal region. This is a field-based role where you will visit distributors and retailers, build relationships, and help increase sales.Key ResponsibilitiesVisit distributors and retailers regularly to promote and sell our rice brand.Build and maintain good relationships with shop owners and distributors.Achieve monthly sales targets.Collect feedback from the market and share with the management team.Maintain basic sales records and reports.RequirementsMinimum Graduate / Higher Secondary qualification.At least 2 years of sales experience (FMCG/food industry preferred but not mandatory).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and willing to learn.Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling within the region.Good negotiations skillsWhat We OfferAttractive target based incentives.Training and support to grow in the FMCG sales career.Opportunity to work with a growing food brand.
