POSITION GOALS & OBJECTIVES:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
Develop key relationships with Decision Makers & Influencers of a plethora of Large Enterprises including Fortune 500s, Venture Capitalists, Technology companies
Arrange quarterly meetings with key prospect stakeholders to understand business needs
Strategize how to address prospect needs and pitch to prospective leads
Identify how to address decision maker, influencer and user groups differently based on needs
Plan & Implement Growth strategies for the identified industry & market segments
TRANSACTIONS:
Conduct walkthroughs / tours at various CoWrks locations
Persuade channel partners / influencers to close transactions
Disciplined approach to drive outbound sales initiative
MARKET RESEARCH:
Understand market trends
Understand spatial data, real estate micro-markets and demand drivers
Track competition across geographies
Track competitor movement across engagement initiatives / events
Track regulatory changes or public policy initiatives that could open opportunities or pose threats to growth
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Represent the brand at various conferences / networking events / business development initiatives
Identify industry events and networking / business development opportunities
Develop & manage pro-actively & systematically effective business relationship with key accounts
Liaise with internal teams such as Community, Marketing, Legal, Design, Alliances, etc.
End-to-end transaction management
