Job Overview:

ASBL is in search of a detail-oriented and highly motivated Associate Product Manager (APM) to join our agile product team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and improvement of our products, ensuring they align with consumer needs and contribute to ASBL's strategic objectives.


Responsibilities:


Product Development:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, document, and execute product roadmaps.
  • Engage in user research to understand customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Align business needs and strategies with constant stakeholder involvement.
  • Work closely with design and development teams to deliver impactful features.


User Experience Enhancement:

  • Contribute to the optimization of designs as per standard UI/UX practices.
  • Focus on enhancing the overall user experience across products.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Work with Tech, QA, and support teams to ensure product quality and reliability.


Data-Informed Decision Making:

  • Utilize data analytics and user feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive product improvements.


Gather Customer Feedback:

  • Understand their pain points, needs, preferences, and expectations regarding the product.
  • Collect feedback from existing and potential consumer through surveys and interview.


Qualifications:

  • degree in Business, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • understanding of tech, web portal and cloud calling architecture.
  • communication and interpersonal skills in Telugu.
  • ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of Semi-Urban Consumer base
