We specialize in providing Accounting, Taxation, Financial Reporting, Data Analytics, and Due Diligence services to our US-based parent company and other real estate clients.
Currently managing a portfolio of 2,200+ rental units, our expertise in real estate accounting, lease administration, and asset management has helped reduce client costs by up to 60%. Our leadership brings over 50 years of combined experience in asset management.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee the US parent companys financial operations, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (consolidated and property-level)
  • Manage general ledger, journal entries, and reconciliations
  • Ensure GAAP compliance and oversee audits/tax filings

  • Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead budget preparation and monitor performance

  • Collaborate with asset managers to forecast revenue/expenses and analyze variances

  • Accounting Operations

  • Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, rent roll reconciliation

  • Oversee monthly close and intercompany transactions

  • Cash Flow & Reserve Monitoring

  • Track cash flow, operating reserves, and capital expenditures

  • Systems & Process Improvement

  • Manage accounting software (AppFolio, QuickBooks)

  • Optimize processes and support property acquisitions

  • Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead a team of accountants across India and the US

  • Partner with operations, leasing, and maintenance for financial transparency
  • Advise leadership with data-driven insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CA/CPA/CMA preferred)
  • 5 years of accounting experience; 2+ years in a leadership role
  • Strong background in real estate or property management accounting
  • Proficient in AppFolio, QuickBooks, or similar platforms
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle deadlines and shifting priorities effectively

Work Location and Timing:

  • Hybrid Model ( Primary location New Delhi ) and Work from Home in the Evening timing
