We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented IT Manager/Admin to manage our IT infrastructure, security operations, and employee support systems while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Infrastructure & Security

Manage and secure internal networks, firewalls, and VPNs for safe connectivity.

Implement and monitor policies for network security, endpoint protection, and patch management.

Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards and data protection regulations.

Maintain high availability and resilience of IT systems with proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.

System & User Administration:

Oversee OS, laptop, and hardware/software maintenance across the organization.

Manage user accounts, access controls, and Single Sign-On (SSO) setups.

Administer Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace / JumpCloud platforms.

Ensure smooth employee onboarding and offboarding with secure provisioning of IT assets.

Data Security & Compliance

Establish data protection protocols and enforce secure usage of IT resources.

Monitor and respond to potential security incidents, ensuring minimal risk exposure.

Support audits, documentation, and compliance efforts for IT security frameworks.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong knowledge of network security, endpoint management, and data security practices.

Hands-on experience in VPN setup and management.

Expertise in Microsoft Admin, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud administration.

Proficiency in patch management, endpoint policies, and OS support.

Familiarity with ISO 27001 compliance and IT security frameworks.

Experience in managing employee onboarding, access controls, and IT asset lifecycle.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).

5+ years of relevant experience in IT administration or IT management.

Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA, MCSA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor) will be an added advantage.
