IT Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement IT policies and strategic plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Recommend and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage the IT budget, procurement, and vendor contracts.

Project Management

  • Lead IT projects such as software deployments, system migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Create and manage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
