About the Role:

We’re seeking a Facebook Ads Process Manager who excels in managing the operational details of content workflows and budget utilization within the Meta Ads ecosystem. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision, process optimization, and data accuracy. Your mission will be to ensure our Meta Ads campaigns are executed flawlessly, budgets are maximized effectively, and content workflows run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Budget Utilization Oversight: Track, allocate, and optimize ad spend to ensure every dollar is used effectively.
  • Content Workflow Management: Coordinate end-to-end content processes, ensuring smooth collaboration between creative teams, ad specialists, and stakeholders.
  • Process Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed process documentation to ensure consistency and scalability.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and verify ad content and processes to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and internal standards.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking ad performance to ensure campaigns remain aligned with goals, making adjustments to budgets and processes as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with designers, content creators, and campaign managers to ensure seamless execution of all campaigns.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.


What We’re Looking For:


  • Extreme Attention to Detail: You spot errors others miss and ensure every process runs smoothly.
  • Experience managing budgets and operational workflows, particularly within Meta Ads or other advertising platforms.
  • Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and basic campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement and a drive to optimize processes for better outcomes.
  • Bonus: Experience working with small business clients or AI-driven tools is a plus.
