We’re seeking a Paid Marketing Expert to manage Meta Ads, Google Ads, and CRM strategies for our eCommerce clients. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in paid media and CRM to drive performance and customer retention in the dynamic Middle East market.

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms to achieve client objectives.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement adjustments for continuous optimization.

• Develop CRM campaigns to enhance retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Segment audiences by behavior, purchase history, and demographics for tailored email and SMS marketing.
• Track CRM performance metrics and optimize campaigns for engagement and conversions.

• Prepare and present performance reports with actionable insights to clients and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure campaign success.

• Proven Expertise : Demonstrated success in managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce brands.
• CRM Skills : Strong understanding of audience segmentation, lifecycle management, and CRM optimization.
• Analytical Mindset : Ability to interpret complex data and craft actionable strategies.
• Communication Skills : Clear, concise reporting and client interaction capabilities.
• Market Knowledge : Familiarity with the Middle East consumer landscape (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
