Senior Manager Business Operations

As a Senior Manager in Client Servicing at MRM, you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, overseeing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and communication skills to lead client-facing teams, deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns, and contribute to the agency's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, expectations, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all client communications are professional, clear, and consistent.
Project and Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., paid media, SEO, social media, email marketing).
- Lead the development and delivery of campaign strategies, ensuring that client goals are met with measurable results.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, analytics, strategy) to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Executives, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative environment between departments to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment on client objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
Client Strategy & Growth:
- Analyze client data and performance metrics to provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services, contributing to revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to pitch new services and expand the agency's portfolio of services with existing clients.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and present detailed reports to clients on campaign performance, ROI, and key metrics.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients to assess campaign success and recommend improvements.
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies as needed.
Client Retention & Satisfaction:
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering excellent service and exceeding expectations.
- Handle and resolve any issues or challenges that arise, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain strong knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities to keep clients informed of new opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of experience in client servicing or account management within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven experience in leading digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.).
- Demonstrated success in managing high-profile clients and driving business growth.
