Role Overview:

Pawzz is seeking a resourceful, self-driven, and compassionate individual to join the Founder's Office. This role combines operations and marketing responsibilities, requiring a proactive professional who can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution. If you are passionate about animal welfare and thrive in dynamic environments, this is the opportunity for you.


Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market analysis and research to uncover new growth opportunities.

Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to enhance Pawzz's brand presence and promote its products and services.

Oversee the well-being of dogs under Pawzz's care, including coordinating feeding schedules, medical appointments, sterilizations, and adoptions.

Strategize and execute marketing initiatives across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta to increase engagement and drive conversions.

Manage on-site animal handling tasks and ensure the implementation of safety measures, including reflective collar programs.

Assist the Managing Director with day-to-day tasks and ensure seamless communication across teams.

Actively participate in fieldwork to address operational needs and ensure smooth execution of on-ground initiatives.


Skills and Competencies:

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.

Proficient in content management, creation, and ideation.

Street-smart and resourceful in handling diverse challenges.

Comfortable with gory or sensitive visual content related to animal welfare.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel for data organization and reporting.


Experience and Attitude:

Familiarity with marketing strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Meta channels.

Open to fieldwork and hands-on involvement in operations.

A strong affinity and empathy for animal welfare causes.

Reporting Structure:

This position reports directly to the Core Team and Managing Director.
