As the Assistant Manager - Founder's Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the Founder/CEO in managing day-to-day operations, strategic projects, and internal communications. You will act as a key liaison between the Founder’s Office and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and the effective execution of key business initiatives. This role requires a versatile, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Founder/CEO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing materials for presentations and decision-making.
  • Strategic Project Management: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic projects initiated by the Founder’s Office, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Internal Communications: Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams, ensuring clear and efficient communication between the Founder’s Office and other departments, managing workflows and information flow.
  • Stakeholder Management: Handle communications and coordination with key stakeholders (internal and external), including investors, partners, and senior leadership, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making on various business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Operational Support: Manage administrative tasks related to the Founder’s Office, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, and preparing high-level reports and presentations.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing internal and external events, such as team offsites, board meetings, and investor relations events, ensuring smooth execution and logistics.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Assist with special projects, strategic initiatives, and any other tasks as assigned by the Founder/CEO.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in executive support, project management, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Asana, Trello).
