In this role you will be the primary contact for our Guests seeking assistance through chat & phone. You will provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable responses to inquiries and ensure a positive guest experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products and services, and the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
We are building a dynamic team of Customer Service Agents and looking for experienced candidates from Chat & Voice from our Head Office located at Bandra West.
Skillset requirement:
Freshers: 12th Passed, students preferably from Mass Media, Hotel Management with good to great spoken & excellent written English. Sales & Marketing students can apply as well.
Experienced: Min. 12th passed with 1-2 years of core chat & voice customer service experience from International BPO/Call Center (only) industry who are looking for a change. 1 Year of any Sales experience is preferred.
Work Location:
Linking Road - Bandra West, Mumbai
Work timings & shift:
* Shifts: 24X7 Rotational
1st Shift: 7 AM to 4 PM
2nd Shift: 1 PM to 10 PM
3rd Shift: 10 PM to 7 AM
* Week-Off’s: 2 consecutive rotational week-offs.
Salary Range:
INR 15,000/- to 33,000/- (+- Incentives) depending on the interview round.
Role:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will:
* Manage customer relationship via phone & chat systems from our Contact Center
* Coordinate check-in’s, ensuring guests are welcomed warmly and oriented to the property
* Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly, enhancing their overall experience
* Coordinate closely with our Sales, Housekeeping & Maintenance Teams for property readiness
* Communicate clearly and effectively, tailoring responses to each customer’s level of understanding
* Act as a brand ambassador, upholding our commitment to quality and hospitality
* Closing sales enquiry (This is not a sales process. But inbound sales inquires have to be handled & closed)
Required Skills:
* Expert at handling customer queries using chats & phone within the client SLA's
* Fluency in spoken & written English. Local languages will be added advantage
* Well versed with using computers, MS office, MS excel etc.
* Typing speed of 35 w.p.m.
* Knowledge of Bed and Breakfast operations is helpful but not mandatory
* Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering memorable experiences.
* Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base for customer support
Interview Process:
The interview process will include 3 rounds.
Rounds 2 & 3 will be completed on the same day, so please plan your day accordingly.
1: Telephonic Introductory call
2: English language test & Process knowledge tests (In Office)
3: Personal interview round
