Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a related field, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment software and systems, with the ability to learn new technologies and tools.
  • Any Graduate degree from a recognized institution, with a strong academic record and relevant certifications.
