Job Description

Site Quality Assurance & Milestone Approval

  • Managing the required processes and actions to ensure execution aligns with norms and specifications.
  • Reviewing and supporting the closure of reported issues, and coordinating with senior leaders for long-pending issues.
  • Providing technical guidance to the site team regarding reported product or process deviations.
  • Organizing refresher training programs for the execution team on new products or processes.
  • Ensuring effective implementation of the Quality Management System and IMS audits.
  • Coordinating with all stakeholders to compile the lessons learned from all execution sites.
  • Releasing quality alerts on major or repetitive deviations reported from the site.
  • Conducting periodic audits for overall Six-M control to achieve desired quality as per specifications.
  • Coordinating with suppliers (SPOC) for product deviations and required support.
  • Timely escalation of pending issues and ensuring timely support and resolution.

Team Deployment:

  • Coordination with the project team on project plans, progress, and deployment schedules.
  • Team deployment and shifting to other sites in case of slow or stalled project progress.
  • Quarterly performance assessment for the TPL deployed on site.
  • Setting goals for the Site QA team and reviewing the status.
