Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical services, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the electrical maintenance and testing services market.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through various lead generation strategies, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.


Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Sales Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close deals successfully.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within multinational companies, facility management companies, or a related industry.
