Software Requirements:
In-depth knowledge of React JS and its ecosystem
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX
Familiarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIs
Proficiency in using Git for version control
Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.
Overall Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React JS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Lead the technical architecture and design discussions
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development
Category-wise Technical Skills:
React JS: Advanced proficiency
JavaScript: Expert level
HTML/CSS: Proficient
Designing & Architecture: Strong understanding of best practices and patterns
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development
At least 3 years of experience specifically in React JS development
Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
Day-to-Day Activities:
Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
Develop new user-facing features using React JS
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
Identify and address performance bottlenecks
Maintain code integrity and organization
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Qualifications & Soft Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to finding solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
Adaptable and willing to learn new technologies
