Software Requirements:In-depth knowledge of React JS and its ecosystemExperience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobXFamiliarity with GraphQL and RESTful APIsProficiency in using Git for version controlExperience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, etc.Overall Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using React JSCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new featuresLead the technical architecture and design discussionsEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityPerform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersStay updated with the latest trends and best practices in front-end developmentCategory-wise Technical Skills:React JS: Advanced proficiencyJavaScript: Expert levelHTML/CSS: ProficientDesigning & Architecture: Strong understanding of best practices and patternsExperience:Minimum of 8 years of experience in software developmentAt least 3 years of experience specifically in React JS developmentProven track record of delivering high-quality software solutionsDay-to-Day Activities:Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experienceDevelop new user-facing features using React JSBuild reusable components and front-end libraries for future useTranslate designs and wireframes into high-quality codeIdentify and address performance bottlenecksMaintain code integrity and organizationEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsQualifications & Soft Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fieldStrong problem-solving skills and a creative approach to finding solutionsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to mentor and guide junior developersStrong leadership and decision-making capabilitiesAdaptable and willing to learn new technologies
