Job Description:

This Projects is for Modernization for web Applications.

We are seeking a highly skilled React Developer/UI-React Developer with a minimum of 6 to 9 years of experience in developing web applications from scratch using React.js and Redux.js. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of React basics, best practices, and complex problem-solving abilities, along with expertise in REST API integration, Micro Frontend architecture, and core concepts of React.

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop scalable and responsive web applications from scratch using React.js and Redux.js.2. Implement complex UI designs and interactions while adhering to React best practices and performance optimization techniques.3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.4. Solve challenging technical problems related to React.js development, including state management, performance optimization, and code refactoring.5. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into React applications to fetch and display dynamic data.6. Implement Micro Frontend architecture principles to modularize and decouple UI components for better maintainability and scalability.7. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical guidance to ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices.8. Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in React.js and web development technologies and propose innovative solutions to improve the development process.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.2. Minimum of 6 to 9 years of professional experience in developing web applications using React.js and Redux.js.3. Strong Experience on Coding with React Js, Redux Js and JavaScript. You should be able to Deveops a Web Application through React Js and JavaScript.4. Strong proficiency in React basics and react best practices, including functional components, hooks, context API, and component lifecycle methods.5. Extensive experience in solving complex technical problems and implementing advanced UI features using React.js.6. Deep understanding of REST API integration and asynchronous data fetching in React applications.7. Familiarity with Micro Frontend architecture principles and core concepts of React, such as virtual DOM, reconciliation, and JSX syntax.8. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team environment.9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
