Key Responsibilities:
To regularly communicate with employees as well as line Managers in their area of responsibility. Also to facilitate employees in understanding various policies and procedures of HR / Admin. and ensure implementation of the same.
To create a healthy, safe and comfortable environment/work place, where employees are dealt with respect and dignity and most importantly, all employees can contribute to the best of their capabilities.
To prepare organization structure and look after full employee life cycle from joining to exit. Employee capability building and talent development.
To capture employees’ expectation and take immediate action to help organization in attracting and retaining talented employees in the organization.
To play vital role in supporting line functions to manage resources effectively and if need be, proposal of Transfers, Job Rotation, Training nomination, R&R nominations etc. should be put up for the betterment of employees as well as line function of their area of responsibility.
To organize/support Companywide initiatives at Corporate level /group level related to Welfare, Sports, Business Excellence, Corporate Sustainability, Safety, Climate Change, cultural events etc. and ensure maximum participation from their domain area.
To provide support to employee/ employee family in case of any eventuality.
