JobOverview:

We are looking for anexperienced Recruiter to help us find the best talent to supportour companys growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven trackrecord in sourcing evaluating and hiring toptier candidates acrossvarious roles. As a Recruiter at Corporate Resources you will playa pivotal role in shaping our workforce and contributing to ourcompanys success.

KeyResponsibilities:

  1. Sourcingand Candidate Outreach:
    • Identify and sourcepotential candidates through various channels including job boardssocial media networking and referrals.
    • Activelyengage with candidates to build a strong talentpipeline.
    • Conduct initial screenings to assesscandidates qualifications and culturalfit.
  2. Interviewing andAssessment:
    • Conduct indepth interviews toevaluate candidates skills experience and cultural alignment withthe company.
    • Utilize assessment tools andtechniques to evaluate candidates competencies andpotential.
  3. Collaborationwith Hiring Managers:
    • Partner with hiringmanagers to understand their specific hiring needs andpriorities.
    • Provide regular updates oncandidate pipelines and facilitate the interviewprocess.
  4. OfferNegotiation and Onboarding:
    • Extend offers toselected candidates and assist with negotiation asneeded.
    • Ensure a smooth onboarding process fornew hires including paperwork andorientation.
  5. CandidateExperience:
    • Deliver an exceptional candidateexperience throughout the recruitmentprocess.
    • Gather feedback from candidates andcontinuously improve the recruitmentprocess.
  6. Data Managementand Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and uptodatecandidate records in the applicant tracking system(ATS).
    • Generate recruitment reports to trackkey performance metrics and provide insights for processimprovement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorsdegree in Human Resources Business or a related field (Mastersdegree preferred).
  • Proven experience as arecruiter in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledgeof recruitment best practices including sourcing and interviewingtechniques.
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills.
  • Ability to workcollaboratively with hiring managers and crossfunctionalteams.
  • Familiarity with applicant trackingsystems and HR software.
  • A commitment todiversity and inclusion in recruitmentpractices.
  • Exceptional time management andorganizationalskills.
