Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Responsible for the billing of multiple projects, both new and ongoing sites.

· Ability to manage a team of 3 to 4 Junior Billing Engineers. Assess the correctness of their work and delegate work to them as per project billing requirements.

· Responsible for study of BOQ (Bill of Quantity) as per specifications and taking out quantities from drawings.

· Preparation and Certification of RA bills.

· Identification and preparation of extra items.

· Preparation of monthly reconciliation statement of building material.

· Responsible for verification of certified RA bills.

· Preparing all billing records.

· Proper entering of bills without errors (All measurement sheet, bar bending
schedule)

· Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills with reconcile
all types) on Monthly basis.

· Getting Approvals from the Client as required.

· Providing billing related information/documents to client as and when required.

· Arithmetic & technical checking of all bills.

· Site Visits: - Random Physical checking of bills at site case to case.

· Material Reconciliation: - To check theoretical consumption of material supplied at site.

· All material checking with store and issue material to site contractor.

· Debit Note: -To ensure recovery against excess material issue.

· Debit Note: - To ensure recovery against the rework / faulty work from the contractors as per recommendation from site.

· Advance Adjustment: - Adjusting Advances on pro rata basis as per the contract terms & keeping the record of the same.

· Preparing Certificate of Payment.

· Getting the Bill authorized and forwarding the same to accounts for payments.

· Intimating Planning Engineers regarding amendments in Work orders.

· Maintaining of all important documentation as per Standards.

· Other Duties specified by Site In-charge or In-charge in Commend.

· Preparing daily progress with justified quantum, labour justification daily basis.

Other requirements

· Suitable knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, auto cad.

· Salary: From ₹45k-55k per month
