Sales Representative – Digital Advertising & AI CRM Solutions (Part-Time, Remote – US Time Zone) Company: TDS Group, Dubai, United Arab Emirates Location: Remote (Requirement for US Time Zone alignment – CST/EST) Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 4 hours/day (flexible within 9:00am–5:00pm CST) Compensation: Part-Time Base Salary: $800/month (4 hours per day) Commission: 5-10% recurring on all closed deals Expected Monthly OTE (After 6 Months): $3,000-$3,600/month Full-Time Potential: $1,600/month base + commissions (Expected after 2–3 months based on performance)` About TDS Group TDS Group is a full-service marketing agency with two core offerings: A cost-effective paid advertising service for service-based businesses (From $650-$3,000/month) Prospect AI – our AI-powered CRM solution designed to automate lead handling, qualification, and appointment booking. We work primarily with service-based business owners (clinics, education, finance, trades, etc.) and aim to simplify their growth with done-for-you marketing systems and automation. About the Role We’re hiring a motivated and performance-driven Sales Representative to join our team and help scale both our core agency service and our Saa S product, Prospect AI. This is a part-time remote role (4 hours/day), with the intention to grow into a full-time position within 2–3 months — depending entirely on performance. You’ll be responsible for closing deals from a mix of inbound leads , as well as working with setters and business development reps (BDRs) to turn outbound activity into qualified appointments. This is a closer role — you must be confident hosting Zoom calls, presenting solutions, and getting contracts signed. Key Responsibilities Inbound Sales Handle inbound leads across email, phone, and social channels Respond to new leads within minutes during your shift Host Zoom calls and deliver persuasive sales demos Close deals and follow up using CRM and automation sequences Client Types & Offers Sell our TDS Paid Ads Solution ($650-$3,000/month recurring) Sell Prospect AI CRM ($497/month recurring + $2,000 setup) Identify opportunities for upsells, custom add-ons , or referrals Pipeline Management & Strategy Monitor and manage lead pipeline Collaborate with marketing, setters, and operations to improve lead quality Track and report on sales KPIs and output Provide weekly feedback on setter and BDR performance (activity impacts your income) Sales Opportunities Identify new sales opportunities to generate more leads via outbound strategies with SDRs, referrals, partnerships or data management. More leads = more booked calls = more income Who This Role is For ✔ Someone with strong closing experience , ideally in Saa S, marketing, or agency services ✔ Professional level of English both verbal and written, and can present themselves professionally via Zoom. ✔ Proven experience selling to business owners (service-based industries a big plus)✔ Confident and articulate on Zoom – with a consultative, not pushy, sales style ✔ Strong initiative – you don’t need to be told what to do; you come with solutions ✔ Excited to work toward real earning potential , not just a fixed paycheck ✔ Comfortable starting small and building something long-term ✔ Organised, consistent, and KPI-driven in your daily activities KPI & Commission Structure Monthly KPI : Close 6 new deals (3 digital ads, 3 CRM sales) Commission : 10% recurring commission on each closed TDS Group Agency deal, for the first 6 months 5% recurring commission on each closed Prospect AI deal, forever Example: After 6 months, if you maintain your KPI, you would earn commission on up to 36 active clients (based on retention).
