Role Overview:  

Lead B2B sales growth through strategic marketing campaigns, emphasizing outbound lead generation and conversion optimization. Collaborate cross-functionally to drive results, analyze performance, and innovate marketing strategies for sustained success. 


  • Lead Generation: Drive outbound lead generation through cold outreach, email campaigns, and account-based marketing to engage B2B clients.
  • Email Standards & Performance: Enforce email standards (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), analyze performance metrics, and advise clients on best practices for compliance and engagement.
  • Trend Implementation & Deliverability: Stay updated on global email trends, track and correct DNSBL listings, and resolve ISP blocks to maintain email deliverability and reputation.
  • Optimization & Feedback: Design and test email deliverability strategies, apply and verify feedback loops to improve email sending practices.
  • Infrastructure Maintenance: Maintain DNS and MTAs, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of email delivery, with prompt issue resolution.
  • Segmentation & Personalization: Implement segmentation strategies to tailor email campaigns based on audience demographics and behaviors, driving higher engagement and conversion rates.
  • A/B Testing & Automation: Plan and execute A/B tests on email elements, utilize automation platforms for triggered sequences, drip campaigns, and workflows to streamline communication.
  • Reporting & Collaboration: Generate performance reports (open rates, CTR, conversion rates, ROI), collaborate with internal teams to align email marketing efforts with business objectives, and stay informed on emerging trends and best practices.


Qualification: 

● Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus. 

● 5-8 years in B2B SaaS demand generation, preferably within the technology industry. 

● Strong knowledge of demand generation strategies, tactics, and tools like Smartlead, Instantly, Phantombuster, Prospectoo, Sendgrid, Apollo and Lusha

● Proficient in marketing analytics, with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven 

recommendations. 

● Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. 

● Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. 

● Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
